The Hearing & Tinnitus Studio is based in the Intercare, Fourways Medical Center, where we work amongst a large team of health care professionals.
The practice was established in January 2008 and has grown to become a busy, reputable Audiology practice in Johannesburg. We take pride in offering you the best in hearing health care, teamed with an effortless experience and service with a smile.
Tarryn Richardson
Tarryn is the founder of The Hearing & Tinnitus Studio, driven by her genuine love and care for each of her patients and her team. She is dedicated to improving the lives of those with hearing challenges and has specialist interest in treating Tinnitus, Hyperacusis and Misophonia. Her passion for the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and in the cognitive link with untreated hearing loss, she ensures her patients receive the best possible solutions.
When she’s not at the practice, she cherishes time with her two busy boys, Liam and Jake and loves playing padel.

Jessica
Jessica is a clinical audiologist who is passionate about providing good quality service to her clients. She graduated from the University of Pretoria with distinction and did her community service at Job Shimankana Tabane Hospital in Rustenburg. She has been working in private practice since 2022.
Jessica has a passion for helping individuals with hearing loss rediscover the beauty of sound and life again through improved hearing as well a special interest in tinnitus. Book your next appointment with Jessica and find out first hand the quality of her care.
Thandi
Meet Thandi, the warm and welcoming face who greets you when you arrive at the practice. Thandi is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, always ready to assist with your questions and concerns. Her genuine care and commitment to going the extra mile ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and supportive as possible. Thandi expertly cleans hearing aids, pairs them with cell phones, and troubleshoots any challenges you might face. Pop in and see Thandi if you have any concerns or need to reconnect your device.

Pravina
Pravina is an essential part of the The Hearing & Tinnitus Studio team, managing communication, medical aid coordination, and the practice’s systems with exceptional efficiency. Although she works predominantly behind the scenes, her attention to detail and organizational skills help ensure the smooth running of the practice, for both our team and our patients. Since joining in June 2024, Pravina has been dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and support.
